1. Do you offer customized cards for an occasion that is not listed on the website?

We are working on the feature, but unfortunately we do not offer to make cards for occasions not listed on the website yet.

2. What payment methods does Aww Cards accept?

At Aww Cards, we aim to make things easy-peasy! We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards.

3. How do I share the card with my family or friends?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive a unique link to your custom card. This link can be shared directly on social media platforms or sent to your friends via email or messaging apps. Additionally, you have the option to download the card to your device for more personal sharing methods.

4. Is it possible to obtain physical copies of the cards I create?

Currently, awwcard.com doesn't offer printing services for physical copies of your custom cards. However, you can download the card images and use them to create a physical card on another website.

5. What should I do if I encounter technical issues?

If you're experiencing difficulties with the website, we recommend attempting to reload the page. Should the problem persist, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at support@awwcards.com. We're here to help resolve any technical issues you may encounter swiftly.

6. What to do if something is not working right when I make a card?

Click on Reset or try reloading the page to reset the card canvas.

7. Why can’t I change my selection of holiday and recipient after uploading the photo?

Our Smart Badgers work hard on the captions and like to specialize for the specifics you provided. If you need a new occasions or recipient, you will need to upload the same photo again to be analyzed and personally captioned again.

8. Why can’t I make more cards?

You can start a few aww cards before you buy, but you may be cut off after that. Our Smart Badgers work hard on each card, and demand to be fed prior to doing more work.

9. How many photos can I upload? How long are the photos stored?

We have no plans to remove photos and created cards, but reserve the right to do so in the future if needed.

10. How long will the cards I bought available?

We intend to make cards available for as long as possible. We do recommend saving the cards once created in case of unforseen circumstances. We reserve the right to remove cards when necessary.

11. Why do I have to login?

We want to make sure your captioned images are available to you in the future. Our smart badger work hard on each caption!
